Landscape Designer

We are in search of a Landscape Designer with strong technical skills, creative insight, and a passion for sustainable design. This is an opportunity to grow alongside experienced professionals while contributing to meaningful, community-focused projects across Texas.

What You'll Do

• Create detailed technical drawings and design documents
• Collaborate with project managers and participate in team charrettes
• Explore creative design solutions that respond to the project needs
• Stay engaged with trends in sustainable design, materials, and technology
• Contribute to a supportive, design-driven team culture
• Participate in professional organizations and ongoing learning

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and SketchUp
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills
• Active involvement in a professional organization or community-based design initiative
• A collaborative mindset and attention to detail

• Eagerness to grow professionally into a Project Manager Role as the firm grows
